The Answers You Need
WHEN DO ORDERS FOR EACH BOX CLOSE?
On the 7th of each month we close orders for that month and start to gather orders for the next month. This gives us time to make sure they are all immaculately packed.
WHAT IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Firstly get in touch with us via the form below or email sales@souplessecycling to state the reason for your return. We will provide return shipping instructions and a form to be placed in the box with the returned items. Returns should be identified within 14 days of receipt.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS?
We aim to turnaround in 14 days, we will keep you posted on the status of your order throughout.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom and items still in perfect condition. Full information can be found in our T&Cs
WHAT SUPPORT DO I GET WITH THE TRAINING PLANS?
Each plan is nominally unsupported, self-explanatory and easy to follow. Any questions that arise we will be happy to answer if you get in touch. For a custom plan, we can offer direct coaching with weekly calls, progress checks and off the bike tips.
HOW DO YOU DESIGN YOUR TRAINING PLANS?
Without giving too much away - we use science! We go to the latest science on what works for cardiovascular performance, fitness and cycling performance. From there we build our plans around knowing that most people have lives too!
WHAT TYPES OF TRAINING PLANS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a variety of training plans focused on both base and performance training. All our plans are delivered through Training Peaks. There are two broad classes of plan based on the time you have available. We have plans built around 5h per week and plans built around 8h per week. Are baseline offering is focused on your amateur cyclist who just wants to be fast. For something more bespoke get in touch and we can arrange custom coaching to suit your needs.
CAN I PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FROM THE BOXES?
Some items may be available for individual purchase, but our boxes offer the best value and first access to new products.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS?
We carefully check all partners and their products to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and performance. Across our team we have tested them all for ourselves to be sure you'll love them!
